Refund Policy
Our commitment to fairness, transparency, and digital product integrity.
1. Digital Product Policy
AlgoVault provides instant-access digital products. Once a trading bot has been downloaded or a license activated, the product is considered delivered.
2. No-Refund Rule on Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods and license-based access, we do not offer refunds after a bot has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental multiple payments
- System errors resulting in inaccessible products
- Confirmed billing issues without successful license generation
4. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
5. Review Process
Each request is manually reviewed to protect against fraud, piracy, and license abuse. Approval is not automatic.
6. License Revocation
Approved refunds result in immediate termination of the associated license and permanent revocation of access.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@algovault.com with your order ID, registered email, and reason for the request.
